Custom Countertops, Coffee Tables, and Sinks require deposits.
You will be sent a quote itemizing the cost of the countertop, coffee table or sink, along with applicable taxes and the cost of packaging and shipping.
A 50% deposit will be required before production begins. The remaining balance will be due before shipment.
Our countertops coffee tables and sinks are produced on a built-to-order basis; consequently, once production begins on your order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
The only concrete products we ship are vessel sinks, vanity sinks, integrated sinks, kitchen islands, and coffee tables. We ship all of our wine bottle lamps, mason jar chandeliers, etc.
All items are manufactured at our shop in Grenada, MS. The customer is responsible for all freight charges. All claims on apparent or concealed shipping damage should immediately be noted on the driver’s bill of lading and be reported to Pearidge Concrete within 7 days of delivery.
A word or two on Delivery
Sometimes the truck driver will not take the crate off the truck for you. We always ask the trucking company to use a lift-gated truck, but this is not always possible. Please have help available to unload from the trucker’s tailgate. If you are not able to receive the shipment on the specified date, we can hold your order up to 4 weeks provided the order is paid in full.
Please allow approximately 2-5 weeks for your order including shipment. If you are trying to meet a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything possible to accommodate your time frame.
Warranty and Returns:
Our products are warranted to be free of manufacturer defects, except those variations typical to cast concrete. Any defective products will be replaced. Returns may be accepted provided the original shipping crate is intact. Since each piece is built-to-order, all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee and subject to approval by Pearidge Concrete. There will be no refunds of the original shipping charges, and return freight charges will also be the responsibility of the customer.
Installation of your product:
If you order a integral sink, or vessel sink, proper installation is your responsibility. It is recommended to contact a local contractor to complete the installation, but if you choose to install yourself, make sure you have everything necessary for correct installation.
